Cancellation Policy

1. Appointments need to be booked in advance, as we do not accept walk-ins. You can schedule your appointment online or by contacting us directly. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time. 2. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee. If you're scheduled for a pregnancy treatment and go into labor within this time frame, we’ll happily reschedule your appointment for a postnatal treatment. 3. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, but you will still be charged for the full treatment. 4. Payment is due 24 hours prior to your appointment, either by bank transfer or online, unless otherwise arranged. 5. Please inform us of any medical conditions or concerns prior to your appointment. Additionally, we ask that you fill out a consultation form at least 24 hours before your appointment to ensure a safe and effective treatment. 6. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
